Before you continue

$49 authorization The $49 is a temporary authorization hold, not an immediate charge. We capture it only after we approve your booking. If your booking is denied, the hold is released and you are never charged.

Customer presence The booking customer must be present at the start and end of the move.

Possible adjustments Stairs, long carries, heavy or oversized items, travel, or major inventory differences may require an updated quote. We explain any change before it applies.

Arrival & waiting time We reserve an exclusive arrival window for your move and include a complimentary 30-minute grace period on arrival. If the crew is kept waiting beyond that, additional waiting time is $50 per 30 minutes, collected on move day. Long delays may need to be rescheduled. Being packed and ready keeps your move on time.

Manual review Some bookings need a quick call or email before final confirmation. If we can’t process your booking automatically, we’ll call or email you to confirm it manually.

Your flat rate is based on the inventory, number of rooms, locations, access conditions, stairs, carry distance, heavy items, required labor, and other move details disclosed during booking.

If the job changes materially — including additional items, rooms, stops, stairs, long carries, waiting time, access restrictions, or labor not included in the approved scope — we will pause, explain the change, and obtain your approval for an updated price before performing the additional work. No price adjustment will be applied without your approval.
