What We Do

Choose the Help You Need

Complete Load-and-Unload Move

Our crew works at both ends of the move: carrying, loading, unloading, and furniture placement in the room you choose.

Best for
Apartment, condo and house moves where you have reserved the truck — U-Haul, Penske, Budget or another provider.
Good to know
One loading location and one unloading location are included. Extra stops are quoted and approved before move day.
Request a Full Labor Move

Loading-Only Help

Help loading a rental truck, trailer, moving container, or your own vehicle at the pickup address.

Best for
Driving yourself, or needing the heavy lifting only at the pickup end.
Good to know
Labor only. You reserve and pay for the truck, and you drive it — transportation is not included.
Request Loading Help

Unloading-Only Help

Unloading at the destination, including carrying items inside and placing furniture in the room you choose.

Best for
Arriving with a loaded truck, trailer or container and nobody there to unload it.
Good to know
The first flight of stairs at each address is included. Additional flights are priced and approved first.
Request Unloading Help

Storage Unit Loading & Unloading

Loading a storage unit, unloading one, or moving belongings between a unit and your home.

Best for
Putting belongings into storage, or taking them back out.
Good to know
A storage unit counts as its own location, so it is reviewed and approved before the move.
Request Storage Help

Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly

Taking furniture apart so it clears the doorway, and putting it back together at the destination.

Best for
Bed frames, and anything that will not fit through a doorway or stairwell assembled.
Good to know
One standard bed-frame disassembly is included when reasonably required. Anything beyond that is quoted and approved before we start.
Ask About Disassembly

Heavy Items & Stair Carries

Extra planning, equipment and crew for dense single pieces and for carries up several flights.

Best for
Safes, treadmills, solid-wood furniture, and walk-up buildings above the first floor.
Good to know
Always reviewed before approval. If we cannot move something safely, we tell you instead of attempting it.

Packing Help

Packing and move preparation, arranged and quoted before move day.

Best for
Anyone who wants boxes packed and ready before the crew arrives to load.
Good to know
Not part of the flat-rate labor price. Ask early so it can be quoted in advance.

Possible adjustments may apply for extra stairs, long carrying distances, heavy items, additional locations, complex assembly, travel, waiting time, or more inventory than reported. Every adjustment is reviewed with you before your move is approved.

Starting prices cover labor only for the move size shown, with the listed number of movers and an average inventory for that size. The rental truck and transportation are not included. Stairs, long walking distances, heavy or oversized items, extra stops, assembly, travel distance, and inventory beyond the average may change your final quote — we explain any change before it applies.

Optional Add-On

Need Us to Pick Up and Return Your Rental Truck?

Add rental-truck pickup and return for $49. You reserve and pay for the truck in your name, then add our approved driver to the rental agreement. We pick up the truck, bring it to your move, and return it afterward.

Pending review — this add-on is never approved automatically. Availability depends on the rental location, your reservation time, driver availability, and the rental company’s rules, and must be confirmed before your move is approved.

Add Truck Pickup & Return — $49

What stays your responsibility

The $49 covers our pickup-and-return labor only. It is not the truck rental.

  • The reservation must be in your name
  • You reserve and pay for the rental truck
  • You hold the agreement with the rental company
  • You add our driver as an authorized driver, and the rental company must approve them
  • You complete the rental company’s identity and payment requirements
  • Rental charges, mileage, and fuel remain yours
  • Tolls, deposits, taxes, and rental-company fees remain yours
  • Insurance selections and damage obligations under the rental agreement remain yours

Real Jobs, Real Crew

See the Work Before You Book It

Video description

A six-second clip from a real job. A mover carries a tall wooden cabinet up the ramp into the back of a rental box truck. A red stair-capable hand truck stands ready beside him, and furniture already loaded is visible along the truck wall.

Save your back — this is the part we do. Six seconds from a real job in Essex County, NJ.
A Move It Clear It crew member carrying a tall item wrapped in a padded moving blanket along an apartment hallway, past the elevator on the fifth floor.

The inside of a customer's rental truck part-way through loading: a mattress in a protective bag stood against the wall, and furniture padded with moving blankets stacked along the side.

“They are the most hard working team of young men that I’ve worked with! Kind, dependable and affordably priced! They stayed past the scheduled time to make sure that the job was complete before they left! It was a horribly hot day and they worked in the direct sun loading a semi truck trailer and never once complained or slowed down! They were truly life savors for me and my husband. If we were ever in the area again and needed movers I would only use them! Highly recommend to everyone!

— Jessica Fahey Google Review · Local Guide · July 2026

“Diego and Co. are top notch! Arrived on time, stayed in contact before, during and after the work. Very communicative, respectful, courteous and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.”

If Something Goes Wrong

Our Damage Promise

We wrap it, pad it, and carry it like it’s ours. If we break something, we own it — and we tell you exactly what that means before you book, not after.

  1. Tell us right away Tell the crew before they leave, or text photos to 862-640-0625 within 24 hours.
  2. We look at it together No claim forms, no case numbers, no waiting on hold. You talk to the owners directly.
  3. We make it right Repair, replacement, or a credit off your balance — agreed with you in writing before we close out the job.

What we cover

  • Items we handled that were sound when we picked them up
  • Breakage — glass, screens, snapped legs, cracked frames
  • Gouges, punctures and structural damage we caused
  • Damage from a load we dropped, tipped or mishandled
  • Damage to your walls, floors or doorframes caused by our crew

What we don’t cover

  • Pre-existing damage and normal wear on used furniture
  • Light scuffs and surface marks — an unavoidable part of moving furniture that has already lived in a home
  • Boxes you packed yourself, where we could not see or check the contents
  • Particleboard and flat-pack furniture that cannot survive being taken apart — we tell you before we touch it
  • Anything loaded, driven or unloaded when we were not there
  • The rental truck itself — fuel, tolls, mileage, deposits and vehicle damage stay under your rental agreement

We’re a labor-only crew, not a licensed carrier, and we don’t sell moving insurance or valuation coverage. If you’re moving something you’d be sick to lose, add the protection plan at your rental counter or check your renter’s or homeowner’s policy before move day — and we’ll tell you straight if we think an item needs it.

Common Questions

Questions People Ask Before Booking

Is the rental truck included?

No. You reserve and pay for the rental truck in your own name. Move It Clear It provides the moving labor and equipment.

If you would rather not collect the truck yourself, we offer optional pickup-and-return labor as a separate add-on that has to be reviewed and confirmed before your move is approved.

Does the price include loading and unloading?

Yes. The room-size prices are for a complete move: loading at the pickup address and unloading at the destination, plus carrying, lifting and placing your furniture in the room you choose. One loading location and one unloading location are included. Loading-only and unloading-only jobs are quoted from the work required.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Tell the crew before they leave, or text photos to 862-640-0625 within 24 hours. If we broke it, we make it right — repair, replacement, or a credit off your balance, agreed with you in writing before we close out the job. We do not cover pre-existing damage, light scuffs and surface marks on used furniture, boxes you packed yourself, or flat-pack furniture that cannot survive being taken apart. The full list is on this page under Our Damage Promise.

Can my approved price change?

Only with your approval. Your flat rate covers the inventory, locations, services and access conditions you submitted. If something on move day falls outside that, we stop, explain the charge, and wait for you to approve it before doing the extra work.

What equipment does the crew bring?

Reusable moving blankets, a flat dolly, a stair-capable dolly, a shoulder dolly, straps, basic hand tools, and protective wrap or mattress protection when it is needed. Floor and doorway protection is used where it applies. This equipment is part of the labor price. Boxes and packing materials are optional and priced separately.

How does the temporary $49 authorization work?

Submit your move request with a temporary $49 authorization hold. The hold is captured and applied toward your total only after we approve your move. If the request is declined, the hold is released.

How do I pick the right move size?

Pick the package that matches the home you are moving out of. If you are between two sizes, or you are not sure, choose the larger one or select Need a Quote in the request form and list what you have. We confirm the correct package and the final price before approving the move.

Ready to Request Your Move?

Tell us what you are moving, where you are going, and what access conditions to expect. We review the details and confirm your crew, date, and flat-rate labor price before approval.
