The truck must be rented under YOUR name — or someone you bring with a valid driver’s license. It can be you, a friend, or a family member. You don’t need to drive — we do all the driving. We get added as the second driver.
Bring someone with a valid license. They reserve and sign for the truck in their name; we can be added as a driver and do the moving labor.
We can reserve the truck for you online. You or someone you bring will show ID at pickup, and we’ll be added as the driver.
Call or text us before you book. Every rental company sets its own ID rules, and we’ll tell you honestly whether your move can work — and what your options are if it can’t.
Add Truck Pickup & Return Service
You reserve the truck in your name; we pick it up, bring it to you, and return it after. Rental rules vary — ID may be required and you may need to be present at pickup.

Bed-frame disassembly — 1 included
One standard bed frame is disassembled free when reasonably required. Additional simple disassembly is $25 per item.

Complex disassembly / reassembly — $50–$100
Bunk beds, cribs, wardrobes, and multi-part furniture, per item — quoted before it applies.

Heavy item — $50 or $100 by weight
$50 for 150–249 lb, $100 for 250–399 lb, per item. Items 400 lb or more, and any piano or safe, need a review and custom quote.

Stairs — first flight included
Second flight $40, third $70, per affected address. Four or more flights start at $100 and need a review.

Additional location — $75 / $125
One pickup and one drop-off are included. Extra stop within 10 miles $75; 10–25 miles $125; farther is a custom quote.

We pack boxes and prep items for transport at an hourly rate, arranged in advance.

Arrival & Waiting Time
(Fair to you and to our crew)
We understand unexpected delays happen. To keep every move running on schedule, we reserve an exclusive arrival window and provide a complimentary 30-minute grace period. Additional waiting time may incur a small fee to fairly compensate our crew for the time they set aside for your move.
How it works:
- First 30 minutes after arrival — complimentary
- Each additional 30 minutes (or part of it) — $50
- Shown as a separate line on your receipt — never mixed into labor
- Collected on move day — never added to your $49 booking hold
- Delays beyond 90 minutes may need to be rescheduled, depending on crew availability
