No — we are a labor-only service. You provide the truck (rent from U-Haul, Penske, etc.), and we provide the crew to load, unload, and move everything. This is how we keep prices far below traditional NJ movers.

The truck must be rented under YOUR name — or someone you bring with a valid driver’s license. It can be you, a friend, or a family member. You don’t need to drive — we do all the driving. We get added as the second driver.

We also offer a +$100 truck pickup & return add-on where we pick it up, drive it, and return it. You still book it under your name, and we handle the rest.

No. We Move It. We Clear It. is a labor-only moving assistance service. We are NOT a licensed moving carrier or DOT-regulated transportation company.

We provide skilled moving labor — loading, unloading, furniture placement, and disassembly. A truck must be provided by the customer or arranged separately. We do not provide junk removal services.

The $49 booking fee is the only payment charged today to lock in your move date, time, and crew. Here’s what it covers:

• Your date and crew are reserved immediately
• $49 is applied toward your total on move day
• Remaining balance paid after the job is done

This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations. It is applied toward your total move balance on move day. It is not the full price of your move.

Optional: Add our +$100 Truck Pickup & Return Add-On — we pick up the U-Haul, drive it to you, and return it after. Due on move day, not today and not charged in Stripe.

Yes. The $49 booking fee is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once within 90 days at no extra cost. Just text or call us at least 48 hours before your original move date and we’ll lock in a new time that works for you.

If you need to cancel entirely, the $49 is forfeited — but no additional charges apply.

We text you the morning of your move to confirm the exact time and pickup/dropoff location. No surprises. If anything changes on our end, we call you directly — well in advance.

We are based in West Orange, NJ and serve all of Essex County, including Newark, Montclair, Bloomfield, Nutley, East Orange, South Orange, Maplewood, Livingston, Millburn, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Verona, Cedar Grove, and surrounding towns.
